The Spectrum of Visible Light

I was in the Post Office yesterday, all finished up with my business and putting things away when a man walked past me, clearly having difficulty moving his cart full of mail.

I asked if he needed help and he declined while a postal worker opened a door to take the cart from him.

He then looked right at me and he said, “You’re spiritual.”

Okay, I suppose we’re all spiritual, and anyone offering a kindness is perhaps more visibly so…but there’s more to it.

A thirty-minute conversation followed in which I learned that my new friend was a Reiki Master recovering from a broken neck.

He had spent six months immobile and unable to feel, basically paralyzed. As difficult as it was for him to do so, he was indeed walking on his own now, and he was immensely grateful for it.

The man was grateful as well for the pain he felt, because for six months he could feel nothing, and all that time he was praying for pain.

Imagine that? What a shift in perspective!

Anyway, another remarkable thing is that he was seeing me. I may not get out much but that never really happens with strangers…that I’m aware of, anyway.

From the post office I went to the grocery store to return something that I hadn’t read the label on. I stepped up to the counter and the woman in front of me literally spun around and gave me a look that I haven’t figured out yet…but it was one bordering on astonishment.

Maybe my hair is a little wild or something but I never got a look like that before. After my earlier experience and conversation at the Post Office though, I started wondering if people could see me glowing…because that’s how I literally feel!

Then I remembered something the Arcturians said through Sue Lie about how we would appear, even becoming invisible to some, and that it’s all about frequency.

This is all feeling pretty magical to me, and I know we really have stepped over the threshold now.

I think it’s time for us to start sharing our weird stories and freaky visions. It’s safe now. The more I open to be real with everyone I encounter, the greater my capacity to do so, and the larger my Love Bubble grows.

Linda Dillon and I just recorded our first Heavenly Blessings show in almost two months, and our amazing guest was Albert Einstein. It was a pretty nifty show, and kind of interesting in that I was nervous about it.

I mean, it’s Albert Einstein! No problem at all talking to Masters and Archangels but hey, this man is really smart! I have to laugh at myself.

Why I bring up this show in particular is that the matter of frequency was discussed. Our perceptions of what’s all around us right now are opening up like wild, and it’s because of the increasing frequencies saturating our planet that it’s happening.

AE spoke of the patterning of the Universe being a reflection of the patterning of The Divine Mother. We discussed the details of conscious breathing, genetic alterations and the restoration of original design in both food and Humans, the connection between frequency and perception and finally, a little about sexuality.

It was a good show, and we’ll air it on Tuesday at noon E.T. ~

I haven’t written much about my own weird experiences and new understandings in part because it’s difficult for me to know what’s interesting to others sometimes.

Wonderful Light packets of information come streaming in and as they do, we momentarily appreciate the profound nature of what’s being given. I say momentarily because it isn’t long before the information is integrated and starts to feel completely normal.

I forget that I didn’t know it a little while ago, which is also an illusion. The reason it sits in our bones perfectly so quickly is because it’s being re-membered.  As my dear friend DT the ET says, “This ain’t our first rodeo!”

So I get that it’s time to share more, maybe for all of us, and that there’s no telling what might be meaningful for others to read or hear about.

In this way we weave ourselves into a beautiful tapestry of stories and energy, experience and love.

Jeshua Speaks About:January 2016

The Consciousness Of The Initiate

Beloved one, you are the initiate, the beginning one, the one who is seeking, the one who wants to find. There is a certain feeling of excitement which comes with being the initiate: you want to know everything there is to experience in life.

Now, as we have spoken many times, this lifetime is an extension of what you have experienced here and on other planetary bodies, for this is not your first lifetime here on holy Mother Earth and it is not your first lifetime, as you would characterize a lifetime, in expression.

You have known lifetimes on holy Mother Earth as the small beings, as the large beings, all that you can imagine to be animate—and inanimate—and you have experienced other planetary bodies in other star constellations as well, because you have wanted to know, “Where can I go? How can I be? How will it feel? What questions will I ask of myself, and if there are others, what will I ask of them?”

So you have come what you would see to be a long journey. You have fashioned for yourself many experiences, and you keep adding to those experiences. As the one who is seeking, you are sitting with a wealth of experiences from other lifetimes— as you call a certain segment of expression—other lifetimes where you have been in what you would call now unfamiliar territory, and yet at the time it was familiar, because you were creating it as you are creating this lifetime.

You have experienced and you have expressed: that is the nature of divinity, to always be going forward to experience and express all of divinity in every creative way that you can imagine in any one time—and outside of time. Now, that is very hard to understand as you work within this paradigm that is so governed by time. But in truth, you have known timelessness, where you have known yourself just to be.

There are times—if you will pardon the pun—in this lifetime when you are in meditation, when you are taking yourself out of time, when you can feel yourself to be no longer governed by time. Then you come back to this experience and you see that perhaps twenty-five or thirty minutes have passed. If you are very lucky, perhaps a whole hour has passed, and you have not had an interruption which brought you back. During that time you were timeless. You knew the expansiveness of just being.

This is why I say to you many times to please spend some time each day in quietness, in meditation, even if it is just for five minutes, because if you experience a very deep satisfaction in the five minutes, you are going to want to have ten or fifteen. And you will find, much to your surprise, that you get as much done in that day as you would if you went rushing around not taking the ten or fifteen minutes. (Smile)

You are the makers of time. You are the ones who put it forth. You are the ones who expand it. You are the ones who contract it from time to time. You are the ones who get in the vehicle with only ten minutes to get to a place which is going to require twenty minutes to get there, and you get there in ten minutes. And you wonder, “How did that happen?” The next time that happens for you, stop and think and realize—make real in your awareness—that you are the creator of time.

On a day when you find that you have too many things to do in that day and there is no way you think you are going to fit everything in, stop for a moment, breathe, and expand the time so that you will get everything done smoothly without the feeling of tension, the feeling that you have to run everywhere. You know the feeling of having ten things on the mind at once, and you forget nine of them. Sometimes you laugh about it if you remember even one of them.

The initiate is looking for, searching for meaning, wanting to know the meaning of life. “Why am I here? Who am I?” When the initiate comes to the consciousness of realizing that the answer to everything is love, there is great laughter, a great relief, a great freedom.

The world speaks that, “There is so much that you have to be doing. You have to know this; you have to know that. You have to be here; you have to be there. And you have to have it all done yesterday.” And yet you know that the answer is to be at peace. Everything—you have experienced this—everything will get done in its own timing. Even if there does not seem to be enough time to do things, everything that needs to be done will be done. And it is much easier if you do it in Love.

No matter what you have to do, as you approach it in a playful manner, it becomes much easier to do. It may be the same question, maybe the same people, maybe the same old ritual that has to be undertaken, but as you will approach it in a new way of looking at it, in a way that says, “This doesn’t have to be hard; I’m going to try out a new way; I’m going to try out a new way of smiling my way through it,” there is a most wondrous thing which happens.

As you go through a day smiling, ones first of all wonder, “What does she know that I don’t know? Why is he smiling? Why does she love? How can he be so sure that he can be nice to another person and he won’t run out of niceness?” Always there will be enough of it to give. You have experienced for yourself that the more you give, the more it is replenished, because truly it flows through you.

The consciousness of the initiate is one of seeking and yet one of knowing that he/she has found. The consciousness of the initiate says, “I want to know. I want to experience the ease of life. I want to experience who I really am. I want to play on this playground that sometimes feels that it has broken glass all over and it will be treacherous. And yet I want to know that the broken glass is like rubber and it will not hurt me. I want to know that this is truly a playground.”

When the consciousness of the initiate comes to a certain place of acceptance, knowing that there is only one answer to any question—love— the initiate becomes the master. You are the master. You have come here once again to play, to rediscover. That is all that is happening. You are rediscovering that which you have already known. You are rediscovering that life does not have to be difficult. You are rediscovering that there is only one answer, and it is very easy: to be in love.

As you are beginning what you have decreed to be a new year, be aware of the consciousness of the initiate which you are: seeking to know new adventures, new experiences in this year. And acknowledge the master who has found and remembered, for truly you are both the initiate and the master—in Love.

So be it.

Reiki Mudra Article by Vedant Vikrom Borah, Reiki Rays @ Reiki with Friends

Buddha Hand Gesture Mudra – Internet

Article by Vedant Vikrom Borah, Reiki Rays

It is believed that the human body is the microcosm of the five elements – fire, air, water, earth and sky present in fixed proportion in our system. Mudras help balance these elements in our body; considered as the image of the Divine. Mudra, meaning ‘seal’, has various connotations in yoga and meditation practices. Mudras are most commonly associated with hand gestures which result in subtle effects by balancing the flow of energy throughout the nadis, the energetic channels of the Caduceus. They also assist in achieving specific states of Consciousness; eliminate negative thought form and aid in mood elevation.

How to do a Reiki Mudra?

1. Wash your hands.
2. Rub your hands to create the energy flow. Alternately, create and feel an energy ball to sensitize your palm chakras. Rub or press your finger tips for unobstructed Reiki flow.Remember: your fingers represent each element.
3. If you are a Usui Reiki channel 2 or higher, draw symbols on your palm chakras and feel the energy flow.
4. Although mudras can be done anywhere and/or anytime, I personally suggest you chalk out some Reiki Mudra routine weekly and spend some quality time (10 minutes or more).
5. Keep your spine straight and relaxed, or lie down if need be but please try not falling asleep. Unless you are tired and Reiki mudras are just too relaxing ☺
6. Start your Reiki mudra and meditate (just be aware of your breath) for as long as you wish or are in trance.
7. As you come out, say your thanks and break off the energy flow.
8. Draw a large Power symbol before you to stabilize and ‘lock in’ the energy.

What Reiki Mudras can I do?

1. Gassho Mudra is one of the most common mudra followed all over the world.

Beverly-Pack reiki mudra

This gesture of respect and humility is our start mudra before every Reiki session (especially when we say the ‘Attitude of Gratitude’). The Gassho or the Namaste mudra represents the presence of the Divine in each one of us in our heart centre. It is a means of saying that ‘my soul recognizes the Divine in you’. It balances the male and female energies, the Yin Yang in each one of us. This position creates a subtle vortex of Divine energy at the point of contact, which is the heart centre, and aids in opening the chakra. If this mudra is carried out placing the hands at our third eye centre, the result is opening of our third eye.

2. Uttarabodhi Mudra
is also called the gesture of Supreme Enlightenment. In this gesture the index fingers of both the hands touch each other while the thumbs are crossed and the other fingers are interlaced. It is believed to charge the energy reservoirs of our system thus leading to surge of energy flow that enlightens our soul. This mudra can be used before any healing for concentration, awareness and powering up our intentions prior to our Reiki session.
Holding this gesture even for a brief period is said to high volumes of spiritual energy into the practitioners’ channels and creates a sense of oneness. It is an excellent was to merge with Reiki energy.

3. Konpo-in Mudra
, the balancing and stabilizing mudra wherein the middle fingers are placed together pointing upwards with the other fingers of both hands are interlaced and the thumbs cross, left over right. It increases the flow of energy in or channels assisting in hands-on Reiki healing. It balances the fire element and enhances perception, memory and patience in us. It helps in inculcating the sense of generosity thus subduing selfishness in an individual.

Higher beings and Ascended masters are seen performing Mudra.

1. The Bodhisattva of compassion is seen with the right hand usually in Protection or Abhaya mudra.
2. Vajradhara regarded as the highest Buddhist Deities is seen in Vajrahunkara Mudra.
3. Laxmi, the Goddess of wealth and abundance is represented with four arms, two of which are in Varada and Abhaya mudra.

Love and Light.
