MASTERY AND THE 7 FOOTSTEPS OF MAITREYA BUDDHA

After a beautiful and very uplifting and peacegifting experience of meeting and merging with the buddha Maitreya’s energy in a meditation last month I was connected deeply with Maitreya, and read his story for the first time.

The story of his footsteps left an impression I had to follow and meditate and contemplate about. In all these I was led to dive deeply into the topic and question of mastery, and the answer came to me in form of a vision and also words belonging to these 7 footsteps.

I saw and felt and heard mastery consists of many aspects and can only be fully attained by mastering all the aspects of our life. I saw Maitreya as a golden child doing the steps and growing older and wiser with each, being a fully grown adult in the end.

Then words came to stetch the path for my understanding. I repeat them now in the sequence they appeared. Yet it is not a sequence, as all these aspects can and must be practiced parallel, and it is not important which of them we accomplish first and which last:

1 MASTERY OF ENERGY
2 MASTERY OF UNITY
3 MASTERY OF INTEGRITY
4 MASTERY OF LOYALTY
5 MASTERY OF LIBERTY
6 MASTERY OF TIME
7 TOTAL LIBERATION

I have been consciously practicing a lot of this since, and have received further insight and information to some aspects. Also, the necessity of practicing and learning has been rising in my personal life according to challenges and painful experiences.

I am really interested how you resonate with this general topic,
